We have the full, Florida Contractor License, Board Approved CILB Disciplinary class WHICH WILL satisfy the “7 hrs live course w/ Emphasis on Ch 489 Part 1”, F.S. requirement.

This one-day course will fulfill the Board’s requirement for the 7-hour live class with/ emphasis on Ch 489 part 1, F.S. disciplinary class. There is no need to take 7 one-hour courses. We can fulfill your State CILB disciplinary requirements in one location. (State-required disciplinary classes are in addition to the 14 hours required to renew your Florida Contractor License. You may not use a disciplinary course towards your 14-hour renewal requirements). This Disciplinary course is held MONTHLY in Sarasota only. Courses are limited to 6 students. One manual/workbook with required practice exams is included in the price.

Cost is $310.00. In addition to the manual/workbook and instruction time, our price includes electronically uploading (and following up) the necessary documentation to the CILB, and a certificate of completion as proof of course completion for the student. Course price for non-scheduled (emergency) class is $510.00 and is subject to instructors schedule. Photo and signature ID is required to be available at class.
